Join Sandra IG @sandra_tana, Creator of Sculpt With Sandra for a 45 minute low impact, total body sculpt class. You'll leave feeling stronger both mentally & physically! Equipment needed: Sneakers, mat (soft surface), light hand weights (2-4lbs) *Optional resistance band and ankle weight.

About the Event
Sandra is an NYC based group fitness instructor and wellness events consultant. She has been teaching group fitness classes in the city for the past 6+ years (Flybarre & Fithouse). Once the pandemic hit last March Sandra created her own brand, Sculpt With Sandra where she has been hosting virtual classes for over a year now.
She has loved building out her own community; her mission is to boost your mood through her weekly live class schedule and her format is structured to inspire others to find that consistent and realistic workout routine they can actually stick to. She knows how busy everyone's lives are so she strives to create a strong foundation for others where they build inner and outer strength, ultimately allowing them to tackle whatever their day might bring.
