A program, not a challenge. 2020 has undoubtedly been a challenging year. With the new year ahead I want to to offer you not just a fitness challenge but a program with the aim of helping you improve both your physical and mental state in 2021. This 4 week program is all about bringing in the new: connecting with new people, trying a new practice and providing you with some new tools and resources that you can hopefully incorporate into the new year & beyond. The Details: > Access to all 20 live sculpt classes > Access to (2) 30 minute Wind Down Meditation sessions > Access to (2) 30 minute Nighttime Yoga sessions > Access to (2) Sculpt n' Sip classes > Access to a private group chat via the Wix app > Calendar tracker with your "steps" for the challenge via the Wix app *A zoom link will be sent 12 hours in advance of each session to members of the group. You do not need to book anything on your end.
