OH, HELLO!

I'm a Boston native (go Pats!), now East Village-based sculpt instructor and marketing consultant specializing in fitness and wellness programming. 

 

New York City is the birthplace of boutique fitness and I arrived in NYC during its explosion. As I myself began taking classes I often sensed a lack of community and exclusivity. 

 

With my background in competitive gymnastics and dance, I knew that I could introduce a more supportive community that takes people back to the foundations of what movement should really feel like.
